I hope you're well and having a strong week so far?
I dont know about you, but for me the nights are getting brighter, the days are getting a little longer, and it feels like we may hopefully be returning to some sort of normality.
Fingers crossed that we are!
That said, it's crucial we don't underestimate the effect that the last few years have had on us both physically and mentally.
Our working lives were stressful anyway, and that's NEVER going to get any better. We will always have targets to hit.
Our home lives have been put under new challenges, with the cost of living soaring.
Our bodies have been more inactive than they have ever been, with long term sitting scientifically linked to cause as much if not more chronic illness than smoking!
Mentally our resilience has been tested more than ever - we all know by what!
We have to now take the time to invest in our mind, body, and repair the damage done.
We have to give ourselves the tools for the job, to not only cope, but also to thrive in these unique times.
That starts on the 21st February.
If not now, then when?
