In order to 'practise what I preach' I've been working the 6 principles that I coach, each and every day for weeks now.
The truth is though it's not just for work, it's for me!!!
And the difference is amazing - who knew eh????!!
Weight down, productivity up, happiness generally better (still grumpy
A.F!).
Of course there are some days when there is the odd slip.
But generally I've been bang at it.
P1 - Water, vitamins, clean food.
P2 - Challenging my mindset whenever negative thoughts creep in. Is this
fact?
P3 - Daily sweat, whatever form that takes. Mobility non negotiable as the aches and pains were getting
worse!
P4 - Cold shower. Grim.
P5 - Daily content creation. Done or not done.
P6 - Daily learning via reading, audio, or online study. 30
mins.
