I’m certain you did!
You see the week earlier, I sent the message of how important it is to rest
up, recharge, and look after yourself…..
And you know what, after a busy weekend of various different things….
On Monday, that’s exactly what I did.
And here’s the thing.
I make zero apologies for it.
And neither should you.
Not when it comes to your self-care, boundaries, and doing things to put yourself, your health and your wellbeing first.
Because they are your foundations from which to build.
And without them, we
have nothing.
This isn’t selfish.
And it doesn’t make you a bad person.
So this week I urge you to do the
same and put yourself first.
Take the weekend to do something nice with your friends, family, or maybe that special somebody in your life.
“A weekend
well spent, brings a week of content”.
Or something like that….
(Maybe I’ve just made that one up!!).
