You don't need a diet plan.
We all know the difference between a tomato and a cake!
Change, transformation, or whatever you want to call it, DOES NOT begin in the gym or the kitchen.
Change begins in your mind.
With making a decision.
Then having 3 key components to support you.
1 - Knowledge (ok maybe some of us do need
support with what to do).
But then, the most important parts........
2 - Discipline
Because temptation will happen. Being super busy will happen. We've got to fight the urge to take the easy
option (in any area in life).
3 - Accountability
We all need people to help us along, encourage us, but also, to call us out on the B*S stories that we tell ourself.
That person is yours
truly!
But I warn you, whilst I'm not as grumpy as I look (well maybe I am), I certainly won't tell you what you want to hear.
Because nobody ever got anywhere unless they face reality.
Remember always -
There is no growth in comfort.
