You know the difference between a tomato and a cake?!
We all do.
We all know what is healthy, what isn’t, and what we should and shouldn’t be doing?
So why is it that more often than not, we fall off the wagon and just can’t stick to what we said we would?
How many of us have already broken those “New Year’s Resolutions” that we made (they are a waste of time anyway so don’t worry).
I could go on.
And hey, I’m not trying to be negative - happy Monday, and all that!!
But the facts are the facts.
You don’t need the latest fad, hack or quick fix.
And as I’ve already said, you don’t need the latest diet plan or health routine.
What you need quite simply is coaching, and perhaps just as importantly…..
You need accountability.
And that my chum, is where yours truly comes in.
Because as the old saying goes…..
The truth hurts.
And yes, sometimes we all need guidance, support, and a friendly arm around our shoulder (I will do that
honestly!!).
And other times, we also need a good old-fashioned kick up the @rse!
