If you want to get good at running – then at some point you’ve got to get your trainers on and hit the road.
If you want to get big muscles – then you’ve got to hit the weights.
If you want to get
better at swimming, then get those speedo’s on and hit the pool.
But for today.
I’m not on about training your body.
I’m on about training your mind.
You see, to get good at any of the above.
You’ve got to make a start.
But then you’ve got to practice with absolute consistency.
And training your mind, (or developing your mindset) is 100% the same.
It’s something that must be focused on.
And then practised each day.
And you know how it starts my dear friend??
With talking nicer to yourself, about yourself.
(READ THAT AGAIN!).
So, for today, I’m going to get the ball rolling and say this……
Whatever it is that you want to do.
Whatever target you may have.
Or challenges you may face.
I believe in you.
Go and get it, and do it with a smile on your face.
