You only get one life.
And life is for living.
Eat the mince pie.
Enjoy the Christmas dinner, and especially the wine.
That said, try and not over doo it.
Remember – you don’t have to eat everything you see!
Really importantly – keep your body moving and get a sweat on.
You don’t have to wait until new year, and if you do it will be much harder.
(Read that again).
Your physical and mental health will thank you if you stay moving, and it will help to slow down the negative effects of the festive cheer.
