What training do world class athletes do?
Is one of the most common questions I am asked.
What are the training plans, mental challenges and hacks that these super human athletes face each day?
Now the truth is that there are key things that these guys do to get them to the level of peak performance.
(If you want to know all of them then you will have to joing one of my programme's amigo).
But for today what I can tell you is this.
They do the things that they dont want to do.
No matter what.
(Read that again^^^).
The boring stuff - yup.
The things that hurt - no problem.
No instant reward - crack on anyway.
Because world class athletes are not focused solely on the task.
They are focused on the outcome.
The reward they receive.
Because this is all part of their vision for the future.
And that is why having a vision is something that I insist on with my clients.
