You should be training 6 x per week.
If possible (I realise for some that's not always easy).
But do a review of your weekly diary.
Is there time in the mornings?
Lunch times?
How long are you spending on screen time each day?
In those 6 sessions (as long as your health is good and you have no injuries) my advice is as follows:-
2 x Strength & Conditioning training.
1 x Yoga/Pilates.
1 x long cardio.
1 x balls to the wall high intensity session.
1 x combat.
There you have it.
You don't need a training plan.
What you need is accountability.
You need
Coaching.
Somebody to help you with the vision of your life.
To develop your mindset.
And guide you with your health.
