So in case you didn't hear the news at the weekend the David Haye fight is cancelled!

To say i'm gutted is an understatement but such is life.

I'm pleased that Scott Quigg still gets to fight, a week later in London.

Anyway.  I'm forever getting asked the same questions about exercise and nutrition and the latest "diet" has hit the high street.  

The latest one I was asked about a few days ago is "Intra feeding" !!!
