I've got to admit that occasionally I struggle with my motivation to stay at peak fitness.
Do you feel the same?
The solution for me is that I remind myself exactly what i'm doing it for, and what I will get out out of it?
I.e Whats in it for me?!
Now we know exercise can be painful and being healthy requires some sacrifice.
But if the rewards out weigh the sacrifice, then surely it is worth it.
