Upcoming Seminar Dates - The Last This Year

Happy monday!
For those asking I have added two dates for the Inside Athletic Performance workshop at Scott Quigg's gym in Bury.
These are the 24th September and the 29th October 2016, 10am till 1pm and these will be the only two dates for the rest of the year.
