Hope you had a great xmas?
Its that time of year again isn't it where many of us start thinking about our goals for the new year?
But how many of you struggle after just a few weeks?
I think its because our focus is all wrong.
In order to successfully improve yourself physically (in terms of body composition/performance attributes) and mentally (from negative to positive thinking) addressing your health and happiness is the priority.
When you consistently address your health and happiness, you create a fully functioning and responsive body, therefore everything else will follow and fall into place much quicker and easier.
Make learning the DAILY HABITS of what makes YOU healthy and happy your priority for new year, when these habits slowly accumulate, the rest of your goals will become much easier to achieve.
