Attached is a brand new scientifically published paper from Dr Irfan Ahmed of The Royal London Hospital.  This gives clear guidelines and recommendations (I have highlighted in yellow, please also study the table) for exercise frequency, intensity, type and time to maximise your health in the current pandemic.

Truth is - these guidelines are 365 days per year and you should always be working on keeping your heart and lungs as fit and healthy as possible.
