The harsh truth for many of us, is that already our "new years resolutions" may be a distant memory.

Goal setting really works for some of my clients, for others it doesn't. I let them choose whatever method they think is best.
My priority as their coach is to focus on the outcomes/results.
What I do know is that in order to achieve results in fitness, mindset, business, finances or absolutely anything you have to make changes.
Some of the changes may be pretty big.
More often than not, it's the small things repeated daily that get you the results you want.
Focus on one small change today, and repeat it everyday this week.
