At the start of lockdown I decided and publicly mentioned that I would be writing a book all about pro boxing, and my time working with professional boxers.
After a fairly solid start, I can honestly say that writing a book is one of the hardest and ironically (based on the title) one of the loneliest things I've ever done. Absolute props to anybody who has written a book as it is tough.
After having to pause this due to having to spend hundreds of hours adapting my business due to the big C word (ultimately just an excuse!!), picking it up, putting it down, cutting out over 75 pages already I'm back at it with the writing!!
The book will feature quotes, thoughts, a few training tips and most of all the mindset from some of the amazing boxers I've been privileged to spend time with over the last 10+ years.
At this time I still have no release date, but I will let you know when I'm close. I would massively appreciate your support in buying the book, and all profits made from it will be donated to Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital.
