In the first of a series as a build up to releasing my upcoming book "The Lonely Walk", this short video is an intro into self talk, and why it's so important.
The inspiration for this title is based on how a professional boxer is able to walk to the ring alone, control their mindset, nerves, hopes, fears and dreams and is still able to perform.
The way you talk to yourself is crucial, and this plays a role in your physical and mental performance each and every day whether that be at work, in the gym, in your home life and especially in order to deal with the situation in today's world.
