I’m the first one to tell you to ‘get it done’.
To do the work.
And attack the week.
But you know what my friend…..
To do that.
You must protect your energy.
You’ve got to prioritise yourself and put yourself first.
Eat well.
Hydrate well.
Sleep
well.
And sometimes, recharge those social batteries.
Remember that some days it’s ok to chill out on the sofa and have a movie day.
And that it’s ok to simply say ‘no’ to something that doesn’t serve you.
Of course we should work hard.
Strive to be the best version of yourself.
And all that jazz.
But remember along the way.
That you’re just a
human.
And it’s important to be kind to YOU.
