I hope you all had an amazing weekend guys, and are smashing the week so far?
Apologies for the later than usual 'Monday Motivation'. I had a busy but brilliant weekend at my annual fundraiser Charity Boxing Nights, and I'm delighted to announce that we raised well over £100,000 (and very much still counting) for the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at RMCH.
Although I'm feeling
a little jaded still, I'm full of gratitude and want to say a huge thank you to every single one of you that sponsored, donated, attended, and took part!!
I'm sure you will all agree it was a blast!!
As I'm sure you will agree, combat requires extreme resilience.
It's one of the reasons I push the fighters so hard in the training camp.
To prepare them for battle.
For every eventuality.
And then some.
Whilst I'm certain that some of us are naturally more
resilient than others.
Each and every one of us can develop our resilience, if we do the right training.
And resilience is a key skill, to face the challenges of life, and be the best you can be.
With that in mind, I chatted with former SAS soldier Aaron Hill on his 'Forging Resilience' podcast.
About how you develop resilience, and much more.
Attack the week (the remainder of
it!!).
