So here it is guys.
The world class training regime I have used to train multiple World Champions.
- Mobilize your joints and muscles every single day. Morning is amazing. Before bed is great. Both are best.
- Train using weights 2-3 x per week - it will make your body look great and keep you strong as we all age. It’s also shown to improve brain function and fight against brain ageing illness such as dementia.
- Do cardio 2 x per week. Once at a distance which is good for calorie burning and giving you that ‘feel good’. Once performing ‘HIIT’ which is brilliant for the heart and lungs.
- Participate in martial arts. It’s great for self-mastery, confidence and reducing stress.
- Do Yoga and Pilates.
- Swim when you can.
- Walk as often as you can.
- Work your core.
- Drink loads of water and limit your booze.
- Eat loads of protein.
- Eat loads of fruit and vegetables.
- Reduce your sugar.
- Get 8 hours of sleep per night.
- Sit down less.
- Get regular physio and massage, even when you’re not hurt.
- Laugh and joke
with people you love.
