Don’t do it.
You don’t have to eat and drink in excess over xmas and new year.
You don’t have to sit around and do
nothing.
You don’t have to follow the crowd.
Instead.
Eat and drink in moderation.
Keep training every day.
Get some fresh air.
Live a life of discipline.
Stay focused on who you are.
And what you want to achieve.
A personal code is for life, not just for xmas.
Stay with
yours.
Getting wasted over the festive break is complete nonsense.
Whereas if you keep to a routine, I promise you that you will feel better for it both physically and mentally.
