I've told you before that motivation is disloyal haven't I ?
It comes and goes.
And relying on motivation is the path to getting nowhere.
Instead you have to make a commitment to yourself.
Set some rules.
And do what you said you would regardless of how you
feel.
And you know where is the first place to start?
By getting fit.
No you don't have to have the desire to become a body beautiful (It's a tough burden to carry as I well know!!!) :)
But just start exercising every day.
Do anything in your workouts (keep it safe).
As long as you
workout.
The first week or two might be pretty tough.
But I promise you that once you get past that.
