I meant getting out of bed.
For my walk on Sunday.
Take your mind out of the gutter!!!
I was absolutely shattered when my alarm went off on Sunday morning to go walking with members of MAPPS community.
It was pretty early, and I was tired from a heavy week of coaching guys in the community, seminars, and my own
training.
But I got up and went walking anyway - regardless of how tired I was.
Why?
Because I said I would.
I'd made a commitment.
Not only to my community.
But to myself.
Because doing what you say you will (regardless of feelings etc) is how you pass the mirror test.
Take the short term pain rather than the short term
pleasure.
It's the way forward.
Pass the mirror test = increased self-esteem, achievement and happiness.
Take the short term pleasure and don't pass the mirror test = self loathing, low mood, angst, unhappiness.
Your choice.

Attack the week!
