Argh sorry guys I'm way behind schedule with my 'Monday Motivational' email.
I'm way behind on all of my tasks this week.
And that's because I've been laid up for days with a bad back.
Flat on the floor.
In agony.
Emergency physio and painkillers
needed.
And I'm still really struggling.
Anyway I'm not here for sympathy.
More to own the truth - and that is that my back is bad because I have not been doing my strengthening work for my core.
It's crucial I do these exercises, as I spend a lot of time sitting down.
Remember my mantra:-
Short term pain
= long term pleasure (do the exercises even though they are boring, and I will be pain free).
Short term pleasure = long term pain (don't do them which gives me temporary happiness, but then my back gives way, I'm in pain and it costs me more at the physio!).
Do you spend a lot of time sitting down?
If so, then it's time to go to work.
It's
time to commit to the short term pain.
And unravel the effects and damage of being sat down constantly.
And get it done.
