This is me.
Moody, demanding, tough guy, who gets it done.
I have worked as a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach & Performance Coach all my career.
I have a degree, a Masters Degree, and countless other qualifications all related to health, fitness, and physical and mental performance.
I've worked with 10+ World Champion athletes, countless British and European
Champions, numerous sporting organisations and governing bodies, the RAF, the Police, international organisations, and thousands of clients from around the world.
I've also spoken on stage - again to thousands of people.
However I had a problem.
I found myself chronically fatigued.
Physically and mentally exhausted.
Batteries drained.
Helping others every single day.
But I had nothing left for myself.
I was always at the bottom of the
list.
Overweight.
Unhealthy.
Unhappy.
Lacking clarity on what it was I was actually doing, and what my future looked like.
Maybe this sounds familiar??
I knew that for me.....
It was time to make changes.
Of course I was still ambitious. I still wanted to grow and make an impact. I still wanted to coach and help as many people as I could.
However, it was time to focus on the foundation that all of this is built
upon.
Me.
To get some healthy boundaries in place.
To prioritise my physical and mental health and wellness.
To reconnect with a clear vision of who I wanted to be, and what I wanted my life to look like.
To refocus.
To restart.
To reset.
It started with a decision.
Was I going to be the person who talked about making changes?
Or was I going to be the person who did less talking - and who took action.
Maybe that
decision is familiar to you?
For me there was only one choice.
If this message resonates with you, then I am asking you a simple question:-
Which decision are you going to take?
Ric
P.s - I'm still demanding, 100% not a tough guy, and and moody as ever
