It's that time of year again people.

Where I politely (and maybe more nervously than ever this year) ask if you can spare me a donation for the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital.

I'm very aware that times are tough, but this is a special cause where the tiniest of babies are fighting for their lives each and every day.
