Hope you had a good weekend?
This video here is a little walk through of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge I completed on Saturday, and honestly, it was much tougher than many people give it credit
for.
That means this year I've so far completed :-
- Purple belt at Kickboxing - done
- Walking With The Wounded - done
- Tough Mudder - done
- Purple belt + white sash - assessment in 2 weeks (fingers crossed)
- Launch Reset summit - done
Now I'm not the fittest or the
fastest.
I've got things still to achieve this year.
I also had to withdraw from the Manchester 10k with a bad back.
But usually, if I say I'm going to do something, then it gets done.
I'm also to be clear, not here to self indulge.
But it comes down to one simple rule.
There is talk - or there is action.
We all know people who talk a good
game?
Action - well that's how you pass the mirror test!
Have you achieved the targets you set yourself this year, this month, or even in the last few days?
Maybe it's time to take a moment for some reflection?
