Dale Carnegie stated:-
"Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy."
This statement really rings true.
In my almost 25 years of coaching people there is one thing I’ve noticed.
There are far too many
people out there who think too much, and talk a good game.
Less so, those who are cracking on with it.
Their daily tasks.
The grind.
Working on themselves and moving forwards towards their goals.
The ones who talk a good game, well they almost always end up getting nowhere.
The ones who make a personal code.
A set of daily rules.
And execute
them.
They tend to be smashing it.
I’m certain that you cannot ever talk or think your way to achieving your goals.
Doing the work always wins.
Attack the week.
