The sun has been shining for the last few days - even in Manchester!!
And I don't know about you.
But I've felt great with the sun on my face and gentle breeze in my hair (don't go there!).
You see the science shows that Vitamin D provides huge benefits such as:-
- Boosting your immune
system
- Improving and regulating your sleep
- Lowering your blood pressure
- Increasing your energy levels
- Improving your skin
- Even links to increasing your productivity!
The list goes on.
Therefore it's crucial that you get outside as often as possible.
That you prioritise the health and wellbeing of your mind and body - the one true
home that you really live in
- During winter time (we are still in winter), consider increasing your intake of foods such as salmon, eggs, and even mushrooms which have been shown to contain vitamin D. If not, consider supplementing your diet with a Vitamin D supplement (with K2), and as always with any of this - only if your health permits it, and if you are unsure, ask your doctor!
- Commit to
lifting weights a minimum of 3 x per week. To keep your bones, tendons, ligaments and muscles strong yet subtle, and to reduce the negative effects of sitting, and to slow down the ageing process.
- Drink 2- 3 litres of water a day.
- Get to bed early.
- Reduce alcohol and sugar intake.
- And commit to your own journey.
You know all
this.
So why aren't you doing it?
That, my friends, is because discipline is tough.
And it takes practice.
So if you want some help - give me a shout.
You may not always like my approach (I'm not here to be your mate).
But I promise you, I will support you every step of the way.
This week,
give
this exercise a try and turbocharge your glutes. It will change the way your glutes look and feel, and both your glutes and your lower back will thank you for it.
Finally, put yourself and your physical and mental health first - by attending
Reset Summit.
Stop making excuses, and let's get it done.

P.s - on a personal note, I
visited Spoons Charity today (picture attached) where we have been able to donate just over £15,000 to their work supporting the families of babies who require neonatal care. Spoons are a brilliant charity who support NICU, and we are honoured to play a small part in supporting them with our work at Charity Boxing Nights. To all our sponsors, partners, supporters, guests, volunteers, attendees and fights - a huge thank you. This is all down to
you.
