Athletes train all year for the key challenges that they face.
To be at their best when faced with their most stressful and challenging times.
Why don't you train to be at your best?
Why don't you train to be able to perform when faced with stressful and challenging
times?
Athletes recover, then 'go again'.
Everything they do is about performing to be the best that they can be.
What recovery do you do?
What is in your daily routine to ensure you're at your best?
Now of course I know that you don't have as much time as a professional
athlete.
Or the support team that they have (cough cough, yours truly spent over 20 years building world class athletes).
But here is the harsh truth.
You still have ENOUGH time, each day and each week.
You're just not making your training, recovery and performance a priority.
You're not making yourself a
priority.
And that's you're not linking the fact that the more you prioritize your health, wellness and performance - the better you will perform IN ALL AREAS of your life.
(Read that again ^^).
I'm not here to have a go at you or make you feel bad.
But sometimes amigo, the truth hurts.
And I want to light a
spark in you so that you make a decision today, commit to the changes required, and take action.
It's time for you to commit.
To stop making excuses.
To focus on yourself.
And to get it done.
Have a great week.
